The agreement between you and Showhaus when you use Showhaus.
The service
Showhaus makes marketing videos from listing photos you send us. Videos are made from your photos and show only what they show; they are illustrations for marketing, not a survey or inspection of the property.
Your photos
You confirm you have the right to use the photos you send and that the listing details are accurate. You keep the rights to your photos and give us permission to use them to make your video.
Your video
Once paid for, you may use the video to market that listing on any website, portal or social channel. We may show short parts of it as an example of our work only with your permission.
Prices and payment
Prices are on our pricing page. Once-off videos are paid when you order. Plans are billed monthly in advance by card; agency packages by card, debit order or invoice. We give at least 30 days’ notice before a price change affects your plan.

Liability
We take care with every video, but we are not liable for indirect losses, such as a lost sale, from using it. Our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the video concerned.
